We process enquiry data to respond to your request on the basis of Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering enquiries). Technical access data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR.

Data residency

Our website is hosted in data centres located in Germany. We do not transfer personal data to third countries without an appropriate legal basis.

Terms of business

The following is a summary for information purposes. Our full General Terms and Conditions of Sale (Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen) apply to all partner agreements and are provided in full during onboarding.

• All sales are made exclusively to business customers (resellers, system houses and service providers); we do not sell to consumers.
• Prices are quoted in euros (EUR), exclusive of statutory value-added tax unless stated otherwise.
• Software licences are subject to the respective publisher’s end-user licence terms, which the partner agrees to pass on to the end customer.
• Title to licences passes upon full payment of the invoice.
• German law applies; the place of jurisdiction is Hamburg.
